It's no secret that I am a structure girl, I love my structured pieces, from sweaters to dresses. My style ricochets between throwback street style and random chic, yet minimal classy pairings. Today is a good day for some classy pairings.
The Look: Classy pairings
Today, I'm styling this comfortable wine coloured knits from ROMWE. This sweater is one of those pieces that I would actually mix with pieces in my wardrobe for multiple occasions. Here, I style it by pairing it with my loose wide-leg pants from Zara. The split on each side of the sweater makes for easy styling with highwaisted pants. They looked good when I paired with my favorite highwaisted black highwaisted pants for a school day.
For this look, I was going for something cleaner, a little more done up than something streetstyle inspired. A classy pairing for meetings and semi-formal occasions where you want to look comfortable and confident with ease.
The color of both the pants and the sweater played a big role in my decision to combine them. I mean, any outfit would good with black, but a piece with a navy bottom, to me, that's a step up.
I was sent this sweater by the people at ROMWE and I must say that I am very satisfied with it. The fit, cut and texture is really unique and comfortable. I enjoyed this classy pairing, and adding my print pumps and a hat was a detail-inspired idea!
