I want to start by saying that I am still taking all of this in! The Meet Up Event was an event that was (and still is) very close to my heart, and being able to pull this off was a dream come true for me! Let me tell you a little bit more about it.
The Meet Up Event was an idea born out of building a community for more content creators. When I first started as a content creator, it was a lonely and confusing journey; one without a support system or mentorship. After 5 years of creating, failing, growing and winning, I am now at a place where I can provide support for other content creators and empower the online creators' community in Winnipeg and Manitoba.

The Meet Up Event was designed to be an introductory brunch, for influencers, bloggers and photographers to meet up, get familiar and build relationships. It went way better than expected. The energy in the room was amazing, everyone came ready to mingle and what started as a "get-to-know brunch", ended as an information session where we all learned a lot. I am well excited for the next Meet Up Event, but for now, let us take it all in!
The Meet-Up Event was hosted at Chaise Cafe in Winnipeg. I picked this restaurant for the aesthetic, but the service left my heart warm. The staff was welcoming, accommodating and lovely! I cannot wait to be back.
To everyone who supported me with setting this up and pulling this off, thank you! I could not have done this without you! Cheers to more successful ideas!
