I loved my time in Los Cabos, I’m sure you could tell from my Travel Guide. I enjoyed the sun and sand, the culture and of course the food! But another great thing I enjoyed while in Los Cabos was being able to style fun summer outfits again. From swimsuits to maxi and mini dresses, I had fun with my style! And because some of you have asked for the details of these outfits, this post will hight all the pieces I wore in Los Cabos, Mexico, how I styled them and where you can shop them.
WHAT I WORE IN LOS CABOS, MEXICO
DAY 1
SHOP THE LOOK
On my first day in Los Cabos, I kept it simple and comfortable because I only had plans to sit by the beach, sip cocktails and forget about all my responsibilities. I wore this ribbed white swimsuit set from Pretty Little thing for the pool. But when I had to go for brunch, I covered up with my Zara high waisted denim shorts.
For dinner, I changed into this sleek black dress from Zara. I fell in love with this dress over the holidays and knew that I would get it for this trip. My favourite bit about it is the little rhinestone detail around the straps and cup region, adding a little bit of glam to this classic piece.

On my second day, I indulged in a bit of colour. Opting for this red maxi dress with frills for days, I felt elegant yet simple and carefree. I love the fit of this dress because it can be easily dressed up or down like I did here. I got a lot of inquiries from other of the resorts patrons and also on my Instagram when I posted it here. The best part was that I got it for a steal less than $50!
DAY 3
SHOP THE LOOK
Of course my day 3 wouldn’t be be complete without some time at the pool, I changed in this cute black swimsuit and enjoyed some time in the private pool. I loved that the swimsuit came with a matching cover skirt and top which made a whole different look! Sometimes it’s best to keep it simple you know!
DAY 4
SHOP THE LOOK
Day 4 was definitely my busiest day. From going into the lovely town of Todos Santos and checking out the on the Playa Hotelera beach and having dinner downtown, I had my fair share of outfit changes. I started off wearing this peach cut out dress from SheIn. This was my first time shopping from SheIn and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the material. Designed with a lot of stretch and a drawstring rope by the side, this dress was designed to hug your curves!

My second outfit on day 4 was this lovely swimsuit. Also from SheIn, this was my favourite swimsuit I wore in Los Cabos. I wasn’t the biggest fan of one piece swimwear before this but once I out on this multi-colour piece, I fell in love! The material was soft and comfortable and the gold circle detail added a bit more detail to the look. If you shop one piece from this trip, this should be it!

I also switched out my multi-coloured swimsuit for this colourful look. I paired this green ribbed bikini top with my Zara orange mini skirt. I loved how well both pieces went and how comfortable this look was. It was the perfect look for walking around the beach, grabbing cocktails and enjoying the sun.
SHOP THE LOOK
For dinner in the city, I kept it simple with my halter neck dress from House of CB. I picked up this dress last summer for my birthday in Vancouver and ended up not getting a great photo in it. I was glad I Brough it on this trip because the multiple colours and simple elegance of it just went really well with Cabo.
DAY 5
SHOP THE LOOK
By day 5, I really just wanted to take it easy after seeing the city and beaches and my outfit definitely reflected that. I wore this oversized maxi dress from Pretty Little Thing and I loved every bit of it. I loved how it flowed around my feet. I was living my island girl fantasy with this dress. Unfortunately this dress is sold out but I linked another maxi orange dress that I was considering before buying this one.
Other vacation pieces that I took with me but aren’t featured in these photos include my La Roche Posay sunscreen, a pair of glasses and some fun jewelry.
I hope this helps you with shopping your for your next trip. If you are in looking for kore warm weather clothing suggestions, check out this summer vacation try on haul, you will find some more fun pieces!
