HOW TO LAYER FOR THE WEATHER | AUNEETUH
I've been busy lately, working on revamping my blog, Youtube, creative styling and understanding life as a fresh graduate student (a tale for another day). All of these things as great as they are have interrupted my peaceful homebody routines which means I have to go out in the winter more often! Winter in Winnipeg is no joke, and for everyday life and runs, here's how to layer for the weather!
My number 1 tip for how to layer in winter is to keep it comfortable. I find that if I have to be away from home for a long time (up to 16 hours sometimes) comfortable clothes make the day easier and also boosts confidence! For comfortable pieces , I always reach for oversize sweaters, turtle necks and chunky knits. I always try to keep my clothes breathable. The beauty of layering is the ability to take off pieces and have a good looking outfit underneath as well. A simple tee under your jumper, paired with skirt and tights is a good and easy look. Especially for when you get indoors and need to shed the layers.
