Sometimes we focus on the shiny and glamorous part of our outfits while we neglect the necessary pieces. Tote bags are one of those functional items in your collection, just like a pair of comfortable flats are important! Everyone needs that one bag that goes with almost everything you wear and that can fit your laptop/notepad. We all need that perfect tote that will hold everything we need and a hundred pieces of tissue we don't need but carry anyway. I know its not the most exciting thing that can be in your wardrobe, but hey welcome to the tote life!
If I was to describe meh perfect tote bag, it would be something mid size, with at least 3 compartments and a long enough strap too hang on my shoulder. I tend to reach for black, dark blue or brown bags because they usually go effortlessly with my wardrobe which contains most of those colours. I also get excited when my tote bag has a metal detail or two, just some cute girl stuff I guess.
